News today is that I have just created another short video on enlightenment called What is Spiritual Enlightenment.

It is all about how to live an enlightening life, full of joy bliss and constant happiness. My own experience of living enlightenment has been growing over the last 20 years! Yes! I had experiences of enlightenment over 20 years ago but did not know what they were. Then I studied with enlightened master in India, named Paramahamsa Nithyananda. I saw so many people having amazing experiences and also realized that my experiences over the years have been part of the wake up call. The link to the site is here I have also just published a great PowerPoint on the slideshare forum. This power point is about 4 tips that help you live an enlightening life. The first tip is: Set a strong intention to live an enlightening life The second tip is about how to start the day, with a practice of meditation that is a smiling meditation of bringing joy consciously to your body. The third tip is to express gratitude for all at bedtime. This expression Lastly the final tip is to breathe deeply any time a strong emotion comes up. Strong emotions take us out of joy. The first step in handling these strong emotions is to breathe deeply, even remembering to breathe deeply is a major breakthrough in consciousness. By breathing deeply we begin to distance ourselves from the emotion, observe the emotion and take the sting out of the emotion. I question whether Lucy is acting in an enlightened way in the movie, because what happens to her is that her brain capacity starts increasing very rapidly, however she has some essential life threatening situations to deal with. While her actions are violent, I can see the potentially for them to be enlightened, as she attempts to share her brain experiences with leading scientists, for the good of all..
